1. Making changes to the company's operations to reduce costs, increase margins and accelerate the delivery of goods to customers.<\/strong><\/p>

Indonesia's vast geographical constraints result in import, storage and distribution operations being inefficient and incurring additional costs when done centrally. Therefore the Company plans to change its import, storage and distribution operations through ports which are segments of the Company's marketing area.<\/p>

The company plans to restructure the company's organization by decentralizing import, storage and distribution activities, which were originally all centralized in Surabaya, now will be carried out through the Jakarta-West Java and Central Java-DI Jogjakarta areas.<\/p>

This change will reduce import costs, increase margins and streamline shipping so that it will have an impact on operational contributions and be able to exercise direct control over cost components by area. It is expected that with this change, the Gross Profit Margin will increase.<\/p>

2. Conducting an IPO as Expansion Financing<\/strong><\/p>

The Company's Business Plan as outlined in the "Business Plan" requires substantial funding, which so far has required business expansion and capital<\/p>

work still depends on internal funds resulting from operations, shareholders and banks.
